Life Skills

Kyndred Life Skills program delivers different "units" of learning on different topics throughout the year. 

The units that may be offered are:

• Cooking Level 1 
• Cooking Level 2
• Safety Basics 
• Family & Friendship Fundamentals
• Personal Wellness
• Life Skills Collaborative & Teamwork Games

Classes will be held at one of Kyndred's sites in Delta.

Kyndred has been operating the Group Life Skills Program in Delta since 1999.
