Kyndred recruits about 12 volunteer Peer Mentors for the Kyndred LEAP program each year. 

Peer Mentors will have the opportunity to learn new skills, receive leadership training and help make a difference in the lives of youth with developmental disabilities.

Training typically takes place in late May, and Mentors are matched with proteges to take part in a wide variety of activities from June through mid-August.
