Finding reliable employees can be a challenge for many businesses. Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) helps employers connect with qualified candidates and provides practical support throughout the hiring process – all at no cost to your business.

RWA operates in 30 communities across Canada. Locally, Kyndred Community Living Society delivers the program in Metro Vancouver.

Who We Work With

Employers across a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, food production and administration. If you have roles with consistent tasks and a team open to supporting a new hire, we'd like to connect.
