Janice Womersley's family has created an award in her memory. The Janice Womersley Friendship Award will honor a bit of the legacy she leaves – her numerous and rich relationships and friendships. 

Janice was a true friend to so many in the community. Her acts of friendship included supporting friends over many, many years; asking and listening with authenticity to the day to day challenges and celebration of everyone around her; to always being there when she had committed to. This award is in her name to commemorate her tremendous smile and consistent gift of friendship.
